Director dealings: CMC Markets director makes share sale

CMC Markets revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Clare Salmon had disposed to 12,227 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed online trading platform operator.

Salmon, who joined CMC Markets back in 2017, sold the shares at an average price of 409.0p each, for a total value of £50,008.43.

In late January, CMC Markets said full-year net operating income was set to be at the upper end of market expectations following a continued strong performance, underpinned by high client income retention.

Consensus for net operating income for the full year 2021 was between £370.2m and £387.5m.

As of 1630 GMT, CMC shares were up 0.49% at 412.50p.
