Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 2 July 2025 it purchased through Merrill Lynch International the following number of its ordinary shares for Treasury at an average price of 809.6608 pence per share:

Lowest purchase price paid per share:

Following the above transaction, the Company has 878,158,206 ordinary shares in issue and holds 5,564,033 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 872,594,173 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Auto Trader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
