Director dealings: Convatec CEO sells shares

Convatec revealed on Friday that chief executive Karim Bitar had disposed of 1.25m ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed medical products and technologies company.

Bitar, who recently announced he would take a medical leave of absence, sold the shares on Thursday at an average price of 226.50p each, for a total value of £2.83m.

As of 1520 BST, Convatec shares were down 0.95% at 228.60p.
