Director dealings: Card Factory CEO raises stake

Card Factory revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Darcy Willson-Rymer had acquired 52,370 ordinary shares in the London-listed greeting cards retailer.

Willson-Rymer, who took over as CEO in March 2021, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 95.00p, for a total value of £49,751.50.

Following the transaction, Willson-Rymer holds a beneficial interest in 883,502 ordinary Card Factory shares, representing approximately 0.252% of the company's issued ordinary share capital.

As of 1555 BST, Card Factory shares were up 3.18% at 97.92p.
