Total Voting Rights and Capital

 

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, GSK plc (the 'Company') hereby notifies the market of the following:

 

The Company's issued share capital as at 31 March 2024 consisted of 4,314,051,101 shares of 31 ¼ pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), of which 169,171,155 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 4,114,879,946.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
