The Guinness Partnership is one of the UK's largest providers of affordable housing.

Vistry, formerly Bovis Home, said the scheme - which has a gross development value of £400m - will deliver more than 700 much-needed, mixed-tenure homes to the area.

Work on site is anticipated to begin by early 2025 once full planning permission is granted.
